Does the capped fee apply to every purchase?
Pre-offer help is free. Our fee starts at one of two points: when you're under contract, or when you ask us to formally prepare you for an auction. If the purchase then falls over, the most you pay is $690 incl GST plus disbursements. Once you buy, you pay the fixed fee we quote upfront.
What happens if my offer isn't accepted?
Nothing. An offer that isn't accepted costs you nothing, because our fee only starts once you're under contract or preparing for an auction. If a conditional purchase falls over, or you miss out at an auction we've prepared you for, the most you pay is $690 incl GST plus disbursements.
Do I need to commit to HouseMe Legal to use the 3Ps framework?
No. Read the guide, use it with any lawyer. The framework is useful even if you're shopping around.
How does this compare to hourly billing?
A typical first home buyer purchase at hourly rates sits between $2,500 and $5,000 depending on complexity. The 3Ps fixed-fee approach is designed to make the total cost predictable.
